Brookdale is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Coordinator in Wisconsin to design and lead dementia-centered activities, coordinating a weekly calendar with residents and families.

The role requires a degree in a related field, experience with older adults, and a valid driver’s license; you’ll work on-site to deliver person-centered programs that enhance residents’ quality of life and compliance with Brookdale standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of direct programming experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as a condition of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Designs a 7 day a week, person-centered program engaging residents in dementia-friendly activities.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents’ input and coordinates special events.
• Ensures programs comply with Brookdale standards and regulatory requirements; coordinates with staff and families.
