Job summary

Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time, on-site role. You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement, and guide daily routines with respect and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active throughout the shift with standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection during residents’ vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and craft engagement plans.
• Set the environment for a successful day, including dining room preparation and nightly routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist in orientation of memory care team members.
