Arrow Senior Living in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate care and advocacy for residents. This full-time role involves creating engagement plans, observing residents, and guiding daily life from morning routines to night care, while maintaining meticulous documentation of changes in condition.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, strong English communication, empathy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing and walking; assist after a fall.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a Patient Observer to discover residents' interests and abilities and implement engagement plans.
• Master the Mise en Scène by setting the stage for daily activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of team members across memory care neighborhoods.
