The Wildwood Senior Living in Joplin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create engagement plans to support each resident's daily life.

Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, English communication, a positive attitude, basic computer skills, mobility to stand/walk, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a clear background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities; help create engagement plans.
• Prepare environments to support daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition; assist with orientation of memory care team members.
