Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a full-time, on-site role in Wichita, KS. The position focuses on empathetic resident support, engagement planning, and meticulous documentation of care and changes in condition.

Responsibilities include guiding daily routines, assisting with orientation of memory care team members, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities and craft engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines and activities through the environment.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
