Job summary

The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role from 7:00am to 3:00pm. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create daily engagement plans to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities include documenting care, orienting memory care team members, and supporting residents throughout their day. The position offers benefits and a chance to grow within Arrow Senior Living family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physically active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with daily activities and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create meaningful connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and needs for engagement plans.
• Ensure mise en scène by preparing spaces for daily activities and routines.
• Collaborate with team to support residents throughout the day.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care teammates to neighborhood processes.
