Rushwood Senior Living in Wichita, KS seeks a Memory Care Support Partner to join our compassionate care team. This full-time role focuses on empathetic resident engagement, accurate documentation, and safe daily routines in memory care neighborhoods.

You will help residents with daily activities, support team orientation, and create a welcoming environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for each resident.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with love for residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and develop engagement plans.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
