The Westbury in Columbia, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like environment. You will be an advocate of empathy, nurture meaningful daily engagement, and document changes in residents’ conditions.

Responsibilities include observing residents, helping with orientation of memory care neighborhoods, and partnering with teammates to plan activities. The role is part-time with evening shifts, pay $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy to communicate with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print and enter information.
• Active; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities
