Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This full-time role supports memory care residents with empathy and engagement from morning to evening.

The schedule runs Week 1: Tue, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Wed, Sat, Sun from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with a pay range of $18–$24.25 per hour. We value compassion, teamwork, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a love for residents.
• Able to print documents and enter information using a computer.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clear.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily living.
• Document resident care and changes accurately.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
