Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Vitalia N Olmsted in North Olmsted, OH. This full-time role offers a 7:00am to 7:00pm shift and a pay range of $18 to $23.75 per hour. You will support residents with activities of daily living and foster an inclusive, empathetic environment.

Qualifications

• Be an empathetic advocate and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Communicate effectively in English with residents and team members.
• Possess basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents and the team.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and assisting residents with mobility as needed.
• Demonstrate proactive patient care and be an engaged learner in ongoing training.
