Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the Vitalia Stow community in Stow, OH. This full-time role covers 6:00am–6:00pm shifts, Tuesday through Friday and alternating weeks, with start of day responsibilities focused on resident support and ADLs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Create a caring, empathetic environment for residents.
• Support residents during daily routines and activities.
• Document and communicate resident needs to the care team.
