Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a full-time role. The position involves empathy-driven resident engagement, careful observation of interests, and teamwork to enhance daily life for memory care residents.

You will document care, support orientation of team members, and help create a calm, safe environment during 7:00am–7:00pm shifts. The job emphasizes compassionate care and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare environments for meals, events, and routines.
• Life Partner: support residents from wake to sleep.
• Excellent at documenting resident care and condition changes.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
