Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for the Vitalia Rockside community in Seven Hills, OH. This part‑time role pays $18–$23.75 per hour and follows a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule on alternating weeks. The position emphasizes empathy, resident connection, and daily living assistance in a home‑like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Be energetic with a positive attitude and love for residents.
• Must have basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Criminal background clearance is required.
