Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Memory Care Support Partner for Vitalia Westlake, located in Westlake, OH. This full-time role runs 7:00am–7:00pm with a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

You will advocate empathy, act as a Patient Observer, master mise en scène to enhance daily life, and document resident care while helping orient memory care teammates. Requirements include 18+, HS diploma, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, criminal clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency to read, write, and communicate with residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be a Patient Observer; learn residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Maintain mise en scène to support daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document care accurately and assist with orientation of memory care teammates.
