The Princeton Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Lee's Summit, MO. This full-time role covers overnight hours (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) Tuesday through Saturday, focusing on empathetic resident care, observation, and engagement within our memory care neighborhoods.

You will document resident changes, assist with routines, and help orient new memory care team members, ensuring safe, compassionate daily living for residents.

Qualifications

• Empathy to connect with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Ability to observe residents to identify interests and needs.
• Understanding of setting the scene for daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily living activities.
• Accurate documentation of resident care and condition changes.
• Help orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to tailor engagement plans and implement strategies.
• Set up environments (mise en scene) for meals, events, and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning to night.
• Document care and condition changes accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
