Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift in Kansas City, MO. The role supports residents in a home-like environment, focusing on empathy and individualized engagement plans, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities include documenting care, assisting with orientation of memory care staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging nighttime routine for residents. Criminal background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy: create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient observer: discover residents' interests and abilities and tailor engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare environments for meals, events, and nighttime routines.
• Life Partner: support daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
