The Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. This full-time role focuses on empathetic resident care, careful observation, and supportive daily routines.

You will document care, assist with activities and mobility, and help orient memory-care team members. Requirements include 18+, high school diploma, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active in daily activities: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• MUST be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy to create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents’ interests and abilities to plan engagement.
• Master the Mise en Scène by setting the stage for daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
