Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Lee’s Summit, MO. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a pay range of $18.50–$28.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include advocating empathy, observing residents, setting up environments, partnering with residents to support daily life, documenting care, and orienting memory care teams. You’ll join a team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shift.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background clear.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: learn residents' interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily resident experiences, from dining to events.
• Life Partner: partner with residents to support all facets of daily life.
• Document resident care and changes in condition with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
