Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a part-time shift at Vitalia Strongsville, located at 21452 Royalton Road, Strongsville, OH 44149. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and delivering compassionate care in a home-like environment.

Pay ranges from $18 to $23.75 per hour. Shifts are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00am to 1:00pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization and a focus on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a love for residents.
• Must have basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by delivering care with empathy and respect.
• Support residents with mobility as needed and ensure safety during daily activities.
