The KentRidge Senior Living inKent, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate memory care support in a responsive, home-like environment. Part-time role with evening/night shifts; pay range and schedule reflect commitment to resident well-being.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents, document changes, assist with daily activities, and support orientation of memory care teammates. We emphasize teamwork, growth, and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and engagement opportunities.
• Develop and implement engagement plans with patience.
• Set up environments for daily activities and events.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
