The role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and documentation while supporting daily activities from morning to night. The position requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, a positive attitude, and basic computer skills.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents.
• Patient Observer: identify residents' interests and engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily routines and events.
• Life Partner: assist residents from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
