Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Must have basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Aufgaben

• Advocate of Empathy: build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: learn residents’ likes, abilities, and engagement needs.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare spaces and environments to support daily routines and events.
• Life Partner: support residents across daily activities from waking to bedtime.
• Document care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members to neighborhoods.
