Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience while promoting memberships, fitness programs, and retail products. You will onboard new members, explain facilities and services, and help guests choose plans that fit their needs in a high-energy club setting.

You will leverage the CARE sales approach, nurture member relationships, and collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness or retail industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to connect guests with membership and services.
• Onboards new members and assists with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Prospects and generates leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Promotes local and global marketing campaigns and uses POS and membership tools.
• Maintains a friendly, clean, and welcoming club environment.
