The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, cash handling, and building member connections while handling inquiries, tours, and renewals. Schedule may vary, including openings, closings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or business interactions.
• Knowledge of general office computer and administration procedures.
• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues.
• Ability to communicate programs, conduct tours and complete sales.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to members, guests and program participants.
• Monitors and responds to security issues at front desk and lobby access points.
• Interviews, provides tours, and sells memberships to prospective members; promotes renewals.
• Maintains records of front desk membership and program sales.
• Builds relationships with members and connects them with others.
• Resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor of unresolved issues.
• Manages front desk cash receipts, records and daily reconciliation.
• Schedule may include opening, closing, weekend shifts and changes.
