Job summary

AAATX AAA Texas LLC is seeking a Membership Analyst to collaborate across teams and support end-to-end membership system changes and enhancements. You will ensure performance, assist in test planning, execute test cases, and help translate requirements into actionable reports.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking and the ability to implement process improvements with automation tools, while supporting the Membership Department and enterprise-wide programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business operations, business administration, or business information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL and Tableau preferred.
• UAT experience preferred.
• Auto Club Enterprise Membership operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure that Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards.
• You’ll assist in developing detailed test plans and related test phase tasks.
• You will execute test cases, document test results, and escalate issues as needed.
• You will identify membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department and all Auto Club Enterprise employees.
• Develop, maintain and enhance various reports and reporting tools.
• Design and integrate continuous improvement components to meet redesign needs, including automation tools.
