AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Membership Marketing Specialist to develop and execute member engagement strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of benefits, products, and services. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver personalized member experiences across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 4–5 years in retention/acquisition/loyalty marketing.
• Experience translating data into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production for all marketing efforts (direct mail, digital, telemarketing).
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on member communications.
• Track, monitor, and analyze results; drive continual improvement.
• Prepare internal communications for staff to handle questions about campaigns.
• Set objectives for marketing initiatives across platforms; manage budgets.
• Help create annual marketing plan and forecast results; adjust as needed.
