Job summary

ASQ is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Administrative Support professional to assist the Membership Workgroup with data, member records maintenance, and communications. You will help improve member value, engagement, and retention through efficient administrative support and marketing automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM/AMS systems in a membership environment, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid office setting in

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
• Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Membership Workgroup by collaborating with internal partners, using marketing automation tools and reports, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with third-party partners.
• Maintains SOPs and process documentation for membership-related functions, ensuring materials are current and properly stored.
• Oversees multiple email inboxes to promptly address member inquiries with high-quality customer service.
