Job summary

The role emphasizes test planning, executing test cases, documenting results, and driving continuous improvement, including automation tooling and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in business operations, business administration, or business information systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with teams across all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau preferred.
• UAT experience preferred.
• Auto Club Enterprise Membership operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards resulting in quality products that meet end-user requirements.
• Assist in developing detailed test plans and be responsible for related test phase tasks.
• Execute test cases, document test results, and escalate as needed.
• Identify Membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department and for all Auto Club Enterprise employees.
• Develop, maintain and enhance various reports and reporting tools.
• Recognize, design and integrate continuous improvement components to meet redesign needs, including supporting development of automation tools.
