AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Membership Operations Analyst who will work across teams to support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.
You will ensure performance and testing meet standards, develop test plans, execute test cases, document results, and help build reports and automation tools. The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technical stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement.
This position works across different teams and departments, fostering strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$64,500.00 - $86,100.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
