AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Membership Operations Analyst who will work across teams to support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.

You will ensure performance and testing meet standards, develop test plans, execute test cases, document results, and help build reports and automation tools. The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technical stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business operations, administration, or business information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL and Tableau preferred.
• UAT experience preferred.
• Membership operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards.
• Develop detailed test plans and execute test cases; document results and raise issues.
• Identify best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department and employees.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reports and reporting tools.
• Design and integrate continuous improvement components, including automation tools.
