Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Membership Data Analyst to develop, analyze, and communicate insights that inform strategies to grow and retain ACA’s membership. You will participate in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting and present results to senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytic skills, SQL, and BI experience, with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site per week) and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Economies, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis to identify variances, trends, and correlations in member demographics and behaviors.
• Develop audience models for membership acquisition and salvage campaigns.
• Assist in membership budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
