ACSC Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary member service and support membership growth across ACE Clubs. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and process reports with strong attention to data accuracy.

You will review member correspondence, contact members, and update membership systems. The role requires Excel/Outlook/Word proficiency, solid organization, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of membership, roadside assistance and insurance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence and contact members to resolve issues.
• Provide quality support on inbound/outbound calls about membership and roadside assistance.
• Enter changes into membership systems and monitor data accuracy.
• Support other ACE departments as needed and help meet team goals.
