Job summary

AAA is seeking a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary service and support to members while contributing to membership growth. The role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring data accuracy in membership systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing member correspondence, processing reports, and providing quality support on calls to members and ACE staff. Some travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with membership, roadside assistance or insurance systems preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence and contact members to resolve issues.
• Provide inbound/outbound support on membership and roadside assistance inquiries.
• Analyze information to determine appropriate processing methods and resolutions.
• Key data into membership systems from various sources with high accuracy.
• Monitor system deliverables to ensure data integrity and report concerns.
• Achieve individual, team and department goals.
• Assist other ACE departments as needed.
