Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) in Costa Mesa seeks a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary service and drive ACE Membership growth. You will review member correspondence, handle inquiries, and analyze data to ensure accurate updates in membership systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of membership, roadside assistance and insurance systems preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication with excellent organization, decision making, and time management skills.
• Must meet deadlines as set by management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Teamwork is essential; flexibility on work shifts. Occasional travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence, contact members, resolve issues, and analyze reports.
• Provide quality support on inbound/outbound calls to members and ACE staff about membership and roadside assistance.
• Use analytical skills to evaluate sources and determine processing method or resolution.
• Key high-volume data and update membership systems from various sources.
• Monitor system deliverables to ensure accuracy and integrity; report concerns.
• Achieve stated individual, team and department goals; assist other ACE departments as needed.
