Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary service and support ACE membership growth across the organization. You will review member correspondence, contact members, resolve issues, and process reports.

You will provide quality support on inbound and outbound calls regarding membership and roadside assistance inquiries, using strong communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of membership, roadside assistance and insurance systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organization, decision making, evaluation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence and contact members; resolve issues and process reports.
• Provide quality support on inbound and outbound calls to members and ACE employees about membership and roadside assistance.
