AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a Membership Specialist II to deliver legendary service and support ACE membership growth. You will handle member inquiries, review correspondence, and help maintain accurate membership information.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and data entry skills. You will use Microsoft Office daily and may travel for training as needed. This is a full on-site position with opportunities in our growing ACE clubs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience with membership, roadside assistance or insurance systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, decision making and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence, contact members, provide problem resolution, and analyze and process reports.
• Provide quality support on inbound/outbound calls to members and ACE employees regarding membership and roadside assistance inquiries, including policies and services.
• Utilize analytical skills to evaluate information and determine appropriate processing methods or resolutions.
• Key high volumes and update changes into the membership systems from various sources.
• Monitor system deliverables to ensure accuracy and integrity of membership systems and report concerns.
• Achieve stated individual, team, and department goals.
• Assist other ACE departments as assigned.
