Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a Membership Specialist II in Costa Mesa, CA to provide legendary service and drive ACE Membership growth. The role focuses on resolving member inquiries, updating membership data, and supporting multiple ACE departments as needed.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED (some college preferred) and strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and flexibility on shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of membership, roadside assistance, and insurance systems is a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; strong organization, decision making, and time management.
• Ability to meet deadlines as set by management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Teamwork and flexibility with shifts are essential.
• Occasional travel to other ACE Markets may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence, contact members, resolve problems, and analyze reports.

Membership Specialist II

We are looking for a Membership Specialist II who will provide legendary service and contribute to Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) Membership growth.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be responsible for reviewing member related correspondence, contacting members, providing problem resolution, as well as analyzing and processing various reports.
• You’ll provide quality support on both incoming and outbound calls to members and employees of ACE Clubs, regarding membership and roadside assistance inquiries, including policies, procedures, and services.
• You will utilize analytical skills to evaluate multiple sources of information and determine the appropriate processing method or resolution to maximize quality and quantity.
• You’ll key high volumes and update changes into the membership systems from various sources.
• You will assist in monitoring system deliverables to ensure accuracy and integrity of membership systems and report any concerns.
• You’ll achieve stated individual, team, and department goals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, including assisting other ACE departments, as assigned, or required.

What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma/GED required. Some college or equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.
• To thrive in this role knowledge of membership, roadside assistance and insurance systems preferred.
• You must have professional verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organization, decision making, strong evaluation, and time management skills.
• You will be required to meet deadlines as set by management.
• You must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
• Teamwork is essential. Flexibility on work shifts is required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$21.11 - $28.12

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
