Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a Membership Specialist II in Costa Mesa, CA to provide legendary service and drive ACE Membership growth. The role focuses on resolving member inquiries, updating membership data, and supporting multiple ACE departments as needed.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED (some college preferred) and strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and flexibility on shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of membership, roadside assistance, and insurance systems is a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; strong organization, decision making, and time management.
• Ability to meet deadlines as set by management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Teamwork and flexibility with shifts are essential.
• Occasional travel to other ACE Markets may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Review member correspondence, contact members, resolve problems, and analyze reports.
• Provide quality support on inbound/outbound calls to members and ACE Club employees.
• Use analytical skills to evaluate information and determine the proper resolution.
• Enter data and update changes into membership systems from various sources.
• Monitor system deliverables to ensure accuracy and integrity of membership data.
• Assist in achieving individual, team, and department goals.
• Perform other duties and assist other ACE departments as needed.
