Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a Service Desk Associate in California. You will greet members, monitor access, handle inquiries, and assist with membership sales while maintaining a clean front desk and friendly environment.

You will operate the POS system, schedule fitness training, and support club operations. Strong communication, numeracy, and a can-do attitude are essential, along with a commitment to a judgment-free, welcoming club culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet, assist, and guide members and guests.
• Basic numeracy for handling payments and balances.
• Comfort with operating a POS system and databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest concerns.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Keep front desk clean and organized; assist with scheduling.
• Support club housekeeping and cleanliness duties.
• Demonstrate commitment to a diverse, inclusive environment.
