Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk agent in Michigan to welcome members, handle check-ins, and introduce them to membership options. This part-time, in-person role offers opportunities to grow with a dynamic team, generate new member referrals, and maintain accurate records using our internal systems while ensuring a clean, inviting gym environment.

You will balance customer service with active membership promotion, contribute to a positive club culture, and collaborate with staff

Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
