Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Ohio is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team and help power the growth of our clubs. You will create a positive, inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

You will generate appointments through referrals and outreach, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and stay knowledgeable about services and equipment to answer questions. This part-time front desk role offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, people-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain memberships and services clearly to members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and create a positive, inclusive front desk environment.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours and enroll prospective members in memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.
• Promote and sell membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using the club systems and logs.
• Perform daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
