Job summary

Crunch Fitness Primetime Fitness LLC in Michigan is seeking a friendly front desk agent for part-time hours to welcome members, answer questions, and guide tours. You will play a key role in sales and member satisfaction while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role is in-person at our Dearborn location with morning and varied shifts, offering employee discounts and opportunities to grow within a fast-expanding fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
