Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Monroe, MI is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team with game changing career opportunities. The role involves greeting members, scheduling tours, enrolling new members, and promoting membership services.

This is a part-time, in-person position with various shift options (morning, evening, and weekend). You will maintain records in our member management system and help keep the gym clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
