Crunch Fitness is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our team for a part-time, in-person role at our Chesterfield, MO location. You will create a positive environment, generate appointments, enroll members, and provide knowledgeable guidance on memberships and gym equipment.

The role focuses on sales within a friendly club setting, with shift options including evenings and varied daily schedules. Join a team that values growth and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings.
• Ability to enroll members and guide them through memberships.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments via referrals, networking, presentations, demonstrations, and calls.
• Follow up with prospects and conduct gym tours to enroll members.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
