Job summary

Crunch Fitness Primetime Fitness LLC is seeking a front desk agent in Ohio for a part-time, in-person role. You will greet members, schedule tours, enroll new members, and promote memberships while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean, welcoming gym environment.

The position emphasizes customer service, sales, and product knowledge, with shifts including various daytime and evening hours. Must be a United States citizen and work in person at the facility.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects and enroll them in gym memberships.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to inform members.
• Sell membership services as part of sales presentations
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
