Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an amazing front desk agent to join our Michigan team. This part-time, in-person role offers game-changing opportunities as we grow the market. You will create a welcoming environment, handle member check-ins, and drive membership sales through referrals and demonstrations.

You will tour prospects, enroll members, and maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems. Evening and 4/8 hour shifts ensure coverage and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front desk role in a gym environment.
• Strong communication and sales skills to enroll members.
• Familiarity with gym membership services and equipment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
