Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an amazing front desk agent to welcome members, answer questions, and help drive membership through excellent service. This in-person, part-time role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, energetic team.

Responsibilities include greeting members, generating appointments, guiding gym tours, and maintaining accurate records in our member management system. You will also ensure the facility stays clean and welcoming for all guests during shifts such as

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
