Glowbar, Inc. seeks a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the Glowbar experience. You will own the front desk, welcome clients with warmth, and drive memberships and package sales while ensuring seamless visits from start to finish.

You’ll be the voice of the studio handling calls, emails, and texts with care, sharing skincare tips, and tracking your performance to improve close rates. This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, sales, and spotless studio operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with proven sales results.
• Passion for people and memorable experiences.
• Comfort with commission-based earning and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients warmly and connect them to the Glowbar experience to drive memberships and packages.
• Manage bookings, rebookings, and waitlists to optimize the schedule and retention.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge, provide at-home skincare tips, and upsell retail when appropriate.
• Track personal sales performance and convert prospects into recurring members.
• Keep the studio clean and organized from front desk to back of house.
