Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Toledo, OH is seeking a Retail Membership Sales Specialist to drive membership sales and upgrades in-store. You will engage customers, present promotions, and maintain accurate records of each interaction.

The role requires at least three years in sales and customer service, strong communication, and solid computer skills. A Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain it within six months is required, along with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and multitasking in a retail setting.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within six months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment screenings completed.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships; upsell upgrades and add-ons.
• Drive engagement with members through in-store sales and inquiries.
• Welcome new members and discuss promotions and upgrades.
• Document all leads and interactions clearly for future reference.
• Serve as the go-to person in-store for membership questions and guidance.
• Back up cashiering, tag and title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
