Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full‑time Retail Membership Sales Specialist in West Hartford, CT. You will drive membership sales, upsell upgrades, and engage customers in-store while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires at least three years of sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort using multiple computer systems. Notary Public eligibility or willingness to obtain is required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple websites and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, upsell upgrades and add-ons.
• Engage with members in-store and via outbound calls.
• Welcome new members, present promotions, discuss upgrades.
• Document all leads and interactions clearly.
• Serve as the go-to for membership inquiries and guidance.
• Backup cashiering, tag/title, and IDEMIA services if needed.
